![]() Inside here there is a file called dispmanx. Next I went to /opt/retropie/configs/all directory. Not sure if this part is needed or not, but I did it anyway. dosbox-joymap -> /opt/retropie/configs/pc So I added another one for my dosbox-joymap launcher In nf there is a directive specifically for this called fullscreen. New features originating from our upstream (DOSBox) are marked with SVN. I figured it out, I did two things, first I noticed that there were two symbolic links in my home directory for my existing dosbox launchers The DOSBox Staging project was created Septemas a soft-fork of the SourceForge-based DOSBox project, which is a separate project having its own schedule and development priorities. Better yet, the same configuration is used in the other emulation entries and runs in full screen. Is there something I'm missing that scales games to full screen in DOSBox on RetroPie? I played with the nf configuration a whole ton for this particular game and it made no difference. All the other entries work fine and play my game in fullscreen, however adding this addition messes up fullscreen. However, if you close and re-run the game it should handle properly. As for windows in dosbox, you may need to install a driver, to up the resolution in windows 3 itself, as I am not sure it if dosbox can upscale that. Or you make dosbox start fullscreen by changing a setting in the conf file. When setting it to the max, you will see no difference at first. Usually, dosbox goes fullscreen when pressing Alt-Enter. Note from another user: You can change the mouse sensitivity in the game. Note that this will also increase the mouse speed in the menus, so be warned. ![]() ![]() Here is what my emulations.cfg file looks like lr-dosbox = "/opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/bin/retroarch -L /opt/retropie/libretrocores/lr-dosbox/dosbox_libretro.so -config /opt/retropie/configs/pc/retroarch.cfg %ROM%"ĭosbox = "bash /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/pc/+Start\ DOSBox.sh %ROM%"ĭosbox-joymap = "sudo /home/pi/JoystickMapper/loadmap /home/pi/JoystickMapper/mouse.map & bash /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/pc/+Start\ DOSBox.sh %ROM% & sudo killall loadmap sleep 1"ĭosbox-sdl2 = "bash /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/pc/+Start\ DOSBox-SDL2.sh %ROM%" Now, set sensitivity in the DOSBOX configuration to 250. Dosbox Configuration File This is the DOSBox configuration file. Go to Start > Programs > DOSBox-(XX) > Options > DOSBox (XX) Options to open up nf. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Update dosbox-x-0.83.9. Download and install DOSBox accepting all default options - just keep hitting Next. I recently configured Linux Joystick Mapper so my gamepad can map my mouse in DosBox, however when I added it to the launch command of my emulators.cfg DosBox no longer launches in full screen. I would like the application to start in full screen mode, but when I set 'fullscreentrue' in dosbox-x-0.83.9.conf, while the application starts in full screen mode, the screen isn't stretched to fill my monitor.
